Black Snake

Indian Snake
This is Indian Snake .I got to click him in closeup. He was poisonous but his owner told me that he has broken his tooth and now he can not bite.

  1. And you believed what the owner said?
This is one snake we don't have here---thank goodness.
    Neat shot. MB

  2. I've seen them in Rajasthan but not this big, I think. Great capture!

  3. That's a great photo! I'm not sure I would have been brave enough to go up to it, no matter what the owner said. Of course, we are all intrigued by these poisonous icons of Indian culture.

  4. Ay, yi yi! Broken teeth or not, I would refrain from getting close. Super photo, Bharat!

  5. Bharat: I heard they had their fangs removed. I saw many of these guys especially outside of the Amber Fort.

  6. Yuck! Scary snake! I photographed a snake similar to that one in Delhi in March - yikes! Great photo!

I would love to hear about how you felt my Blog.
